Qualifications

  • Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for rail or major infrastructure projects.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field required.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly commercial, contractual, financial and management reports.
  • Monitor and interpret BoQs and contractual obligations.
  • Manage commercial variations and support cost control.
  • Provide costing information and pricing for minor works.
  • Support bid submissions and commercial strategy.

Skills

Strong background as a Senior QS within a rail or major infrastructure environment
Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving capability
Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines

Education

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction
