AECOM Infrastructure and Environment UK Limited is recruiting a Senior Rail Project Manager to lead complex rail projects across London and the South East. The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end project management, from initiation through closeout, with a focus on regulatory approvals and stakeholder collaboration.

You will mentor peers, work within a hybrid model, and engage with National Rail clients, authorities, and major contractors to deliver high-impact infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline; Chartered Engineer and/or Project Manager (or working towards accreditation).
• Relevant project management experience, preferably in the rail sector.
• Experience working with Network Rail, TfL, HS2 and other local authorities, and their standards and assurance processes.
• Must be able to travel and visit sites if required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee: Manage one or more highly complex projects.
• Collaborate: Work with clients across a national footprint on a full spectrum of services.
• Provide Expertise and Ensure Quality: Navigate complex projects including litigation, environmental protection, and due diligence.
• Deliver: Manage all phases from initiation to closeout, including consents and regulatory approvals.
• Mentor: Guide and support other Project Managers in their development.
