Qualifications

• Knowledge of railway operation and rail industry structure preferred.
• Understanding of the Network Code is advantageous.
• Experience with Track Access Contracts, particularly Schedule 4 and Schedule 8.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and liquidated claims for Freightliner Intermodal.
• Act as the main contact for Network Rail regarding claims submission.
• Prepare high-quality claims and liaise with various teams.
• Negotiate processes with Network Rail.
• Promote and report on the value of claims internally.
