Job summary

An industry-leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for commercial leadership on rail renewal schemes in Leeds. Applicants should have a degree or equivalent, experience with Tier 1 contractors on Network Rail projects, and a solid understanding of NEC3 & NEC4 contracts. This role offers a competitive rate of £450 - £500/day and the opportunity to mentor junior team members in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor on Network Rail civils projects.
• Excellent understanding of NEC3 & NEC4 contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial leadership on rail renewal schemes.
• Manage all commercial aspects of projects.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
