Qualifications

Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior MRI Radiographer, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in London, which is easily accessible via public transport.

About the role :

As a Senior MRI Radiographer, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence‑based practice. Working closely with the multi‑disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior MRI Radiographer :
  • Ensure a safe and effective radiology service
  • Collaborate with Radiologists and Consultants to establish imaging policies and protocols
  • Identify and implement improvements in consultation with the line manager
  • Contribute to the day‑to‑day operations of the imaging service
  • Assist with patient bookings and administrative tasks, ensuring timely delivery of radiologist reports
  • Facilitate staff orientation and training
What we are looking for in a Senior MRI Radiographer :
  • HCPC registration
  • Extensive post‑graduate MRI experience, preferably in the UK
  • In‑depth understanding of clinical governance and MRI protocols
