Job summary

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital is seeking a Senior Radiographer for a permanent full-time post (37.5 hours per week). The role focuses on diagnostic imaging across the department, wards and theatres and includes supervising junior colleagues and developing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre.
• See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy.
• Work with leading practitioners, practices, equipment and facilities.
• Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
• Ensure a high-quality service is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
