Qualifications

  • HCPC registration is essential.
  • A degree in Radiography must be obtained.
  • UK experience is required.
  • Experience with General scanning, X-Ray, Theatres & IR is necessary.
  • Knowledge of processes and procedures in radiography is important.
  • CT experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional radiographic services for all patients.
  • Perform imaging processing, including PACS tasks.
  • Assist with daily running of the imaging service.
  • Manage patient bookings and administrative duties.
  • Participate in shift rotations across all trained modalities.
  • Perform weekend and on-call duties.

Shift times: 3/4/5 day shift patterns can be considered between 08:00 and 20:00

We’re looking for a Radiographer to join our Imaging department at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated “Good” by the CQC.

At The Princess Grace Hospital, we provide a range of complex care services, specialising in a variety of specialisms, our clinicians work together to provide the best possible care and treatments for our patients. Our staff always go the extra mile in caring for our patients which can be demonstrated by our recent “Good” rating awarded by the CQC.

As a Radiographer at The Princess Grace Hospital, you’ll provide a high level of customer‑focussed to our patients and service users through high quality diagnostic radiography, rotating throughout General Radiography. We are also open to considering someone for rotations through CT and Generals.

Duties & responsibilities
  • Provide a professional standard of excellence in radiographic services for all patients
  • Routinely perform all imaging processing, including basic PACS tasks e.g. loading images onto PACS.
  • Assist with the day to day running of the imaging service with X‑ray, theatre and Interventional radiology rotations.
  • Assist with patient bookings and administrative duties where necessary, ensuring verified radiologist reports are delivered in a timely manner
  • To participate on the shift rotation in all trained modalities and site
  • Undertake weekend and On‑call duties within the General team.
  • To help with booking of immediate/on the day appointments and maintain appropriate departmental records as necessary.
