Qualifications

• Strong experience as a race engineer at high-level endurance or formula racing.
• Exceptional communication: calm, concise, authoritative, and structured.
• Ability to think clearly under extreme pressure and make fast, high-quality decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading all engineering decisions for the car across test, practice, qualifying, and race.
• Managing setup direction, run plans, correlation, and performance development.
• Producing high-quality engineering documentation and reporting.
