Job summary

Glanua, a leading water and wastewater engineering company, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on wastewater treatment projects in the UK. You will represent the company in commercial reviews, manage change control, and support project managers.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying qualification and at least five years of experience on mid-to-large water projects, with strong budgetary control, contract administration, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Industry qualified in Quantity Surveying and eligible to work in the UK.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience on medium to large water projects.
• Proven ability to manage change control/variations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost build up and forecasting for projects.
• Prepare monthly application for payment to the client.
• Chair subcontractor commercial meetings and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare final accounting and commercial reports.
