Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Manage full financial oversight of projects up to £20m.
• Prepare CVRs, cost forecasts, valuations, and change control documentation.
• Act as a key commercial point of contact for teams and clients.
