Location: London Office + London Projects

Salary: £75,000 to £100,000 + Package

About the Opportunity

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor who is interested in joining an established concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor based in London. Your position will report directly to the commercial director and you will be responsible for overseeing a selection of concrete frame or groundwork packages from pre‑contract stages through to the final accounts. There is room for progression within this business as it is currently turning over around £200 million and continues to grow. We are looking for career‑focused individuals who want the opportunity to be part of a close‑knit team working towards expanding this business’s name in this competitive sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete frame or groundwork packages from pre‑contract through final accounts.
• Report directly to the Commercial Director.
• Support the growth and expansion of the business.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with rival groundwork or concrete frame subcontractors in the UK.
• Degree qualified in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Based in or around London or neighbouring areas; able to travel within London for site visits.
