What You Will Do:

Contract Management: Oversee and administer TPC 2008 Term Service Contracts, ensuring efficient execution and compliance.

Cost Control: Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure maximum value for money across projects.

Valuations: Prepare accurate valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.

Procurement: Lead procurement processes and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.

Risk & Change Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks while managing contract variations and pricing adjustments.

Reporting: Produce detailed financial forecasts, cost reports, and project summaries for senior stakeholders.

Compliance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and ensure all works adhere to legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
