Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years post-chartership experience.
• Experience leading projects from inception to completion in educational, residential, or commercial sectors.
• Ability to commute to Leicester.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from feasibility to final account.
• Work directly with clients and lead project teams across various schemes.
• Support junior team members and contribute to the Leicester office's growth.
