Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on £20m–£40m projects.
• Experience with refurbishment and new build projects.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial responsibility for the project.
• Manage procurement of subcontractor packages.
• Provide contractual and commercial advice to the site team.
• Mentor junior members of the commercial team.
