Senior Quantity Surveyor (Luxury Residential Projects, Remote)

Location: Remote (Ideally Delhi or Mumbai; occasional travel may be required)

Experience: 7+ years

Compensation: ₹22 – ₹36 Lakhs

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and procurement aspects of luxury residential projects on a remote basis. The role demands excellent technical, negotiation, and digital skills to support high-value international developments.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
  • Draft and manage contracts, subcontracts, and contractual correspondence.
  • Lead procurement, supplier negotiations, and contractor agreements.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
  • Apply digital tools, Excel, and AI systems to optimize QS processes.
Experience Requirements
  • 7+ years’ QS experience, preferably in luxury residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, estimating, tendering, procurement, and budget management.
  • International or Middle East project experience advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar tools is a plus.
