• Proven experience as a Commercial Lead on projects.
• Background in managing high-end residential refurbishments and/or luxury one-off house builds.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with high-specification materials and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction to final account.
• Manage costs, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor packages.
• Prepare and present detailed commercial reports to company directors.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for high-end residential projects.
