Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking a very experienced Quantity Surveyor for a bespoke residential constructor with an excellent reputation in the super-prime sector across the UK. Travel to sites in the South including Central London will be required as projects demand.

The successful candidate will have extensive client-facing experience, strong on value engineering, and proven ability to manage packages, CVRs, and payments on high-value schemes, typically over £20m.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience managing projects over £20m is essential.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation with clients.
• Proficient in procuring and managing packages and material requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage packages and material requisitions.
• Produce accurate CVRs and handle valuations efficiently.
• Manage sub-contractor measurements and payments.
