Job summary

Hiya Energy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an Outside IR35 contract based in NW London. The role focuses on delivering major infrastructure projects, managing about £1m per month in contract value and tightly controlling commercial risk from start to finish.

You will lead cost planning, forecasting, and commercial reporting across Civils & M&E packages, manage subcontractor contracts and monthly valuations, and liaise with delivery teams to ensure procurement, budgets and risks

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor with NEC contracts.
• Manage ~£1m/month contract value and related commercial risks.
• Strong focus on cost planning, forecasting and reporting.
