• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Management experience as SQS or QS on major projects.
• Working knowledge of various forms of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team for multidisciplinary light rail projects.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts for projects.
• Ensure timely notification of events and accurate pricing.

Skills

Hands-on experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Cost and budget administration
