• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step up.
• Deep understanding of quantity surveying, cost control, and subcontract management.
• Experience managing multiple developments concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management for flagship development.
• Provide strategic commercial support to the Commercial Manager.
• Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
