• At least 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• RICS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and forecasting project costs, budgets and revenue.
• Leading subcontractor procurement and ongoing commercial management.
• Preparing valuations, variations, interim payments and final accounts.
• Ensuring full compliance with contract terms and legal obligations.
• Working closely with Project Managers and site teams.
