  • Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, cashflow profiles and commercial updates for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with site teams, project managers and planners to ensure robust commercial outcomes.
  • Engage directly with clients, framework partners and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with NEC contract requirements and internal commercial governance processes.
  • Support and mentor Assistant QS/Quantity Surveyors within the project commercial team.
Required Experience & Background

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline; MRICS or similar beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and contractual capability.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially proactive.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-facing approach.
  • A pragmatic problem-solver who can thrive in fast-paced delivery environments.
What’s On Offer
  • Opportunity to join a major contractor delivering regionally significant infrastructure programmes.
  • Clear progression pathway toward Managing QS or Commercial Manager roles.
