Job summary

A leading energy job platform in Slough is seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of an £8m new build and refurbishment project. Candidates should have over 8 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, a strong track record in similar projects, and in-depth knowledge of JCT contracts. This role offers a competitive rate of £400 per day under CIS/LTD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within main contracting.
• Proven track record on commercial new build/refurbishment projects up to £10m+.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Able to work independently and take full commercial responsibility for a live project.

We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering a £8m commercial new build and refurbishment project in Slough. Working directly with the main contractor, you’ll take a leading role in the commercial management of the scheme from procurement through to final account.

The Role
