A leading contractor in the North West of England is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a large healthcare project in Liverpool. Candidates should have relevant experience in healthcare construction and a strong understanding of construction contracts. We are working with a main contractor who are a dominant player in the North West construction market. This company are always high on the list of building contractors people want to work for. They are a part of a major construction group who take on a mixture of projects from new build/small refurb/extensions up to major, technical challenging projects and have a long, successful history in the region. They have a realistic turnover target given their presence on a number of key public sector Frameworks together with good relationships with many of the leading private sector clients/developers. They operate in a number of sectors in the North West including; Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Multi Storey residential, Student Accommodation, Leisure, Defence and Blue Light. They have excellent relationships with their supply chain (who they treat well) and their clients that leads to a lot of repeat business. Their management team are highly experienced and respected.
You will be working on a large £multi-million healthcare scheme based in Liverpool.
