Your new role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take commercial ownership of two key groundwork packages – one at a port and another at a prison site. You’ll manage subcontractor accounts, oversee cost reporting, handle valuations and variations, and ensure compliance with NEC3 contract requirements. You’ll also mentor and support an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
