Client

Our client is one of the leading suppliers of innovative renewable energy solutions in the UK. With an unprecedented turnover growth of 20% year on year they have a huge base of blue‑chip clients who turn to them with repeat business. Operating as a 'one stop shop', they provide the design, installation and maintenance of green energy solutions. They have many projects secured and pending, and due to this expanding workload they are looking to add to their commercial team. They are looking for experienced QS's from construction, civils or building services backgrounds.

Role and Responsibilities

• Financial planning
• Preparation of estimates and contract variations
• Working to time‑scales and budget constraints
• Assisting the commercial management team to provide quality projects
• Assisting with the production of accurate reports
• Tender analysis
• Procurement of sub‑contractors
• Compliance to contracts
