Qualifications

• Minimum of a relevant HND or equivalent.
• Experience of working on apartment projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and telephone).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.
• Procurement of sub-contractors in line with the company policy.
• Contract administration of sub-contracts.
• Timely assessment of sub-contractors’ applications.
• Final account agreement of sub-contract accounts.
