Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT / NEC).
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and cost aspects of residential construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
