• Experience in Healthcare, public sector, or complex built-environment projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across Healthcare projects.
• Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and risk assessments.
• Supporting contract administration, change management, and financial reporting.
