Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career to new heights? My global client is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in the East Yorkshire area. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial management of major construction projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation of monthly Auto‑WIP and journal returns
  • Liaise with the client on compensation events, payment allocation queries, and disallowed items
  • Conduct cost analysis using SAP and Power BI to support Project Board Reports
  • Oversee subcontract management processes and update commercial registers
  • Manage the change control process, including notifications, quotations, and agreement of compensation events
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Extensive knowledge of the NAECI Agreement
  • Experience on major construction projects
  • Proficiency in NEC4 Option B Contracts and the Standard Method of Measurement
  • Basic understanding of P6 programming
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
