Job summary

Flagship Consulting in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their forward-thinking team. You will oversee financial and commercial management across multiple projects, from pre-contract through final account, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and strategic input.

The role offers a collaborative environment, MRICS qualification preferred, 5–7 years’ experience in quantity surveying (consultancy ideal), and exposure to JCT/NEC contracts.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in quantity surveying (consultancy background preferred).
• MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership).
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and team-oriented approach.
