Saxton Recruitment Ltd represents a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Bristol team. The role focuses on end-to-end commercial delivery on high-value manufacturing projects and related sectors.

You will work with contractors and clients, enjoying flexible working, equity potential, and a supportive leadership team, with project values up to £1bn and initial works between £20m-£100m.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with consultancy or building contractor environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end commercial delivery of major advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with the building contractor and project stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide excellent client service and report to company directors.
• Support career progression within the growing team.
