An ambitious and forward-thinking design and construction consultancy are looking for a highly-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a genuine interest in playing an active role in shaping and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

About the Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead and deliver projects across a variety of sectors including healthcare, residential, higher & further education, commercial, office, retail, heritage, local government and public sector.

You’ll be responsible for providing quantity surveying and cost advisory services alongside contract administration, project & fund monitoring and procurement strategy.

This role offers genuine involvement in the future direction and growth of the business. You will take on a strategic position within a smaller consultancy environment, with real influence, clear progression opportunities and strong support for ongoing professional and career development.

About You - Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• Ideally MRICS qualified
• Confident, commercially aware and client-facing
• Experience delivering projects across a variety of sectors
• Able to manage and delivery projects independently
• Happy to mentor and provide support to Apprentices, Graduates & Assistant level colleagues
