Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets for aviation projects
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money and commercial efficiency
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractor agreements
  • Provide commercial advice to project teams and clients
  • Support dispute resolution and risk management where necessary
About You
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within aviation, airports, or major infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
  • Experience with NEC essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
