Looking to take the next step in your career? This is a unique opportunity to join the UK's leading heritage developer, as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor supporting the commercial success of their flagship project.

Set within 8 acres of a historic landmark development being transformed into luxury apartments, a landmark restoration blending craftsmanship, architecture, and modern living.

You'll join an experienced in-house team managing procurement, cost reporting, and contract administration across the project, a role offering visibility, ownership, and the chance to help shape one of London's most distinctive residential conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, and monthly valuations
  • Support commercial delivery of refurbishment and fit-out packages
  • Prepare and review cost plans, forecasts, and variation analysis
  • Liaise with design, delivery, and heritage specialists throughout construction
  • Contribute to cost reporting, change control, and final account close-out

Hours: Full time, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
