Overview

A national construction consultancy with a people-focused culture is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor for their office in Plymouth.

Role

Based in the Southwest, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of public and private sector projects aimed at redeveloping key areas and buildings across the Southwest. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering their own projects, both pre and post contract, as well as some contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver your own projects, pre and post contract, and provide contract administration as required.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• MRICS, or working towards
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Previously worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• CAD and/or CostX experience would be a bonus
• Car and driving licence
