Senior Quantity Surveyor required for reinforced concrete and groundworks schemes in the Home Counties (Herts, Beds, Bucks) and very occasionally in London. The client is looking to strengthen their commercial team due to increased workload.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a number 2 to the Commercial Manager, providing commercial support and learning opportunities for future progression.
• Handle packages in demolition/groundworks and RC works, with a background in demo, groundworks or reinforced concrete structures subcontracting.
• Assist in commercial activities within a specialist contractor environment, contributing to project delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications / Experience
