A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding and well‑established construction consultancy where you can progress to directorship, help expand the Cardiff office, and achieve chartership if desired.

This is a well‑established construction consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, delivering projects from conception through to completion. They work across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, and residential, but are particularly renowned for their expertise in heritage and restoration projects. Project values range from £100k to £30‑40 million, with an average project size between £2‑6 million. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering employees a range of benefits including a performance bonus and a car allowance. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will be based at the Cardiff office, playing a key part in quantifying and budgeting project costs, materials, and timelines. You will work closely with the wider team to estimate and manage costs, support project delivery, and oversee contractual relationships and budget planning to ensure projects are completed efficiently and profitably. Site travel will be around south Wales and the southwest of England.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, be able to commute to the office in Cardiff, and hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
