We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team working on a Major project in Birmingham on a Permanent basis.

Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and are working on a number of large scale projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial processes and mentor junior team members
• Liaise with project and commercial managers
• Manage subcontractor procurement and tender evaluations
• Protect commercial interests through strong contractual knowledge
• Support client relationships and project delivery

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
• Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects
