A construction firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their site in Hull. The successful candidate will manage month-end returns and coordinate forecasts while liaising with clients. Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kingston upon Hull, Hull, East Yorkshire, Yorkshire.

My client are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on site in Hull.

Responsibilities
  • Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
  • Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
  • Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items
  • Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI
  • Assisting CM Remeasurement and calculation of BOQ
Key Experience
  • Knowledge of NAECI Agreement
  • Experience on major Construction Projects
  • NEC4 Option B Contracts
  • Standard Method of Measurement
  • Basic knowledge of P6 programmes
