Overview

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential, mixed-use and student accommodation schemes across the country.

Role

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on a project in Staines, Surrey. The development consists of 350 units, mid to high rise RC Frame build, total value £100m. You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commercial.

Requirements

• Experience on commercially leading mid to high rise RC Frame developments in excess of £100m.

Compensation

Salary £90k - £95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top
