The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

An innovative and fast-growing construction consultancy is seeking a talented and technically strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Sidcup. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in a business that truly values initiative, supports growth, and offers a clear pathway to Associate level.

As a key member of the team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a variety of pre and post-contract duties, acting as Technical Lead and managing client relationships across a diverse project portfolio. You will also play an important part in team development and contribute to the continued success of the Sidcup office.

You’ll be working across a range of exciting schemes including:

• Residential refurbishments & new builds
• Healthcare
• Bluelight and public buildings
• Education and mixed-use developments

This role is ideal for a career-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a broader leadership role, or for a Quantity Surveyor who feels ready to progress but lacks the opportunity to do so in their current role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• 5+ years’ experience within a consultancy / PQS practice
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Client facing & capable of leading numerous projects from start to finish
