Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
  • Proven track record on industrial, logistics, or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract forms (NEC/JCT) and cost control processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver accurate commercial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Senior Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities


  • Manage all commercial aspects of industrial and logistics projects from inception to completion.
