Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

About the Role

Are you an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor? Do you enjoy working for a national specialist subcontractor? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering specialist new build systems across various sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, and residential, with projects up to £5 million each. Your background as a subcontractor's Quantity Surveyor will be essential as you'll collaborate with main contractors and developer clients, ensuring all project details are meticulously managed.

Candidate Profile

We welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who:

• Have experience working for a subcontractor, particularly in structural framing and external envelope systems
• Are proficient in drafting and reviewing construction JCT contracts to a high standard
• Can lead contract negotiations from an early stage
• Possess strong communication skills across all levels
• Are willing to travel to project sites as required
• Have a solid background in creating detailed contract clauses
• Hold at least 7 years of relevant experience
