NUVIA UK is expanding across the defence, nuclear and energy sectors, seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on major infrastructure projects, ensuring NEC contracts compliance and robust cost control.
The role reports to Commercial Manager, supports Project Manager, manages AFPs, CVR, forecasts, and change control, and mentors junior staff, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and risk management.

This role is the ‘commercial and contractual guardian’ of a project or projects. The incumbent will closely administer and manage all commercial aspects of the contract with all stakeholders of a project, client and external subcontractors. They provide contractual and commercial advice to the Project Management team and often operate as the Project Manager’s right-hand person.
Day to Day would report into the Commercial Manager but would work alongside the Project Manager.
