This well‑established main contractor has decades of experience delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across the commercial sector and enjoys a strong reputation throughout the South West. Following a period of significant growth, during which they have nearly doubled turnover to around £20M, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the directors and drive commercial excellence across their projects.
Day to day, you’ll lead commercial activity across several live projects, from producing bills of quantities and monthly accounts to managing valuations, variations and contract administration under JCT and NEC forms. You’ll work closely with site teams, attend regular progress meetings and maintain excellent communication with project stakeholders to ensure profitable delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a main contractor background with experience delivering commercial projects. You will be confident working with JCT and NEC contracts, enjoy mentoring junior team members, and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
