Job summary

Adeo Global Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support Civils projects in Peterborough and surrounding areas. The role involves leading cost control, budgets, and subcontractor administration within a multidisciplinary team.

You will prepare final accounts, value reconciliations, and valuations, while ensuring compliance with client briefs and professional standards on site-based assignments.

Qualifications

• NEC experience and procurement knowledge are essential.
• Ability to produce CVR reports showing actual performance vs budget.
• Maximise reclaimable value on projects and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Strong team collaboration and independent working capability.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows.
• Control of subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
• Preparation of cost/value reconciliations and monthly valuations.
• Attend site meetings and prepare material schedules.
• Ensure adherence to client brief and maintain professional standards.

Level: Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows
• Control of sub contract accounts
• Preparation of final accounts
• Preparation of cost and value reconciliations
• Attend site meetings
• Preparation of material schedules
• Preparation of monthly valuations
• Be totally familiar with the client brief and act in accordance with that
• Undertake jobs and responsibilities in a professional and business-like manner
• Honour client and Adeo business confidentialities
