Job summary

Ganymede Solutions in Oxford is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a major civils project in Oxford.

The role is freelance with Inside IR35, offers £550-£600 per day and hybrid working. Immediate start. You will manage cost forecasting, subcontract packages, valuations and NEC contract administration.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major civils project based in Oxford.

This is a freelance opportunity offering £550 - £600 per day, with hybrid working available.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Strong civils/construction background
• NEC contract experience
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing subcontractors and commercial packages
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
