An experienced Senior QS with the ability to commercially manage new build schemes in excess of £30m under a JCT form of contract is required by a leading main contractor.

Operating across the North East the ideal candidate will reside in and around Newcastle and possess a stable career history working form main contractors.

On offer for this Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity is basic salary of c.£75,000 p.a. plus a comprehensive benefits package.
