Senior Quantity Surveyor - Industrial / Logistics Projects (Permanent)

Location: South East & East Midlands (Bromley, Maidstone, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, Corby, Daventry)

Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 + Car / Allowance + Benefits

We're currently working with a fast-growing main contractor that has established itself as a key player in the industrial and logistics construction market. With a growing portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across the UK, this company offers stability, progression, and the opportunity to work on major schemes that are shaping the future of logistics infrastructure.

Current projects include schemes in Corby (£20m), Portsmouth (£7m), and Daventry (£6m), with new projects in Croydon, Maidstone, Stevenage, and Hemel Hempstead due to commence shortly.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a long-term role with autonomy, variety, and a strong regional pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial delivery of major industrial and logistics projects.

Requirements

  • Proficient in NEC or JCT contracts.
  • Full UK driving licence.
